Dr. Kartlos Joseph Kachiashvili is Professor of Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems. He is a Member (Academician) of Georgian National Academy of Science. He also is Senior Scientific Worker of the I. Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Main Scientific Worker of Muskhelishvili Institute of Computational Mathematics. He was working in many scientific research institutes and universities in Georgia, Russia and Pakistan on the positions: engineer, scientific worker, Head of Laboratory, Head of Department, Head of National Center, Professor, Rector of Institute. He has 262 scientific works published in various esteemed reputable International Journals. Dr. Waheb Abdullah received the B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Basrah, Iraq, in 2001, the Master of Engineering (with distinction) in Communication & Computer Engineering and the Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronic, and Systems Engineering from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia, in 2011 and 2015 respectively. He is registered as Charted Engineer (CEng) under the Engineering Council and IET, UK and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK. Waheb is a Professional Technologist under Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), an IEEE Senior Member, and he served as chair of the educational activities of the IEEE-UKM Student Branch (2012-2013). He is currently an Associate Professor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering at the College of Engineering, Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, Birmingham City University (BCU), United Kingdom. He is also the College Academic Lead (Subject Lead) of Electronic and Electrical Engineering and the Course Lead of Electronic Engineering

Prof. Xinxin Li received B.S. degree from Tsinghua University and Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, China. He was engaged as Research Associate in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Lecturer (COE Fellowship) in Tohoku University, Japan. Since 2001, he has been a Professor of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinses Academy of Sciences, where he had served as the director of State Key Lab of Transducer Technology of China. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Fudan University and Shanghai Tech University. His research interest includes micro/nano sensors and MEMS/NEMS technology. He was granted the National Science Fund of China for Distinguished Young Scholar in 2007. His Ph.D. student was awarded National Excellent 100 Ph.D. Dissertation in 2009. He has invented about 200 patents and published more than 600 articles in refereed journals and conferences (including about 300 SCI journal articles) with total citation of more than 10 thousands. Prof. Li has given many invited presentations such as the plenary talk in IEEE MEMS 2022 and the invited talk in Transducers 2009. He served as TPC member for IEEE MEMS and IEEE Sensors. Now he serves the conference of Transducers as Asia/Oceania regional TPC Chair. He is the Editorial Members for J Micromech. Microeng., Microsystema and Nanoengineering, Scientific Reports, and Micromachines.

Dr. Raul Duarte Salgueiral Gomes Campilho is a Permanent Auxiliary Professor at ISEP – School of Engineering, Porto, Portugal. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP, he also holds Habilitation in the same field, awarded with unanimous distinction. He specializes in fracture mechanics, material characterization, adhesive joint design, composite strength prediction, and machine design. Dr. Campilho has over two decades of teaching experience across institutions like ISEP, ESEIG, and ULP, where he teaches subjects such as Finite Element Method, Mechanics of Materials, and Machine Design. He has supervised six Ph.D., 266 M.Sc., and 52 B.Sc. theses.

Jiaqiang Xu is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the College of Sciences at Shanghai University. He was funded by the Henan Outstanding Young Scientists Fund in 2003, selected for the Lifetime Scientific Influence Ranking from 1960 to 2019, among the top 2% of leading scientists in Analytical Chemistry in 2019 and the top 2% of leading scientists in Chemistry in 2022~2024. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the National Gas and Humidity Sensing Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Standing Director of the Sensor Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society. He has long been engaged in research on nano-functional materials and gas sensors. He holds 40 invention patents, and over ten of his achievements have been promoted and applied in Henan Hanwei Electronics Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jingchuang Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yaolu Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. He has published 350 SCI papers, among which 25 have been successively selected as ESI highly cited papers, with a total citation count of 17,000 and an H-index of 67. His research project "Microstructure Design, Controllable Preparation and Sensitization Mechanism Study of Metal Oxide Gas Sensing Materials" won the second prize of the Shanghai Natural Science Award in 2015. Currently, he is presiding over a project topic of the National Key Research and Development Program, namely "Preparation of Silicon-based Wafer-level Gas Sensing Films and Testing of Their Thermal Properties" (Project No. 2020YFB2008602), and a General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Professor Zhao is from School of Automation, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He was post doctoral fellow at McMaster University in Canada, visiting researcher at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and visiting scholar at Temple University in the United States. This research interests include information fusion, computational imaging, polarization imaging and hyper spectral remote sensing. He is author or co-author of more than 200 peer-reviewed articles in the field of computational imaging with 4 published books. Dr. Huizi Li, Associate Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Sensing Technology, Shanghai Institute of Micro System and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and her Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She then served as a Senior Research Fellow (postdoctoral researcher) at The Photonics Institute of Nanyang Technological University. She joined the SIMIT of CAS in July 2022.Dr. Huizi has been engaged in the research of micro-nano structured optical waveguide devices for a long time, with main research directions including: micro-nano fiber gas sensors, plasmon-enhanced trace gas sensors, and on-chip waveguide fluorescence gas sensors. She has led projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth) project and the Postdoctoral Talent Introduction Program; she has also participated in the National Key Research and Development Program. She has published 30 papers in internationally renowned journals such as ACS Sensors, Journal of Light wave Technology, Optics Letters, Optics Express, and at top international conferences like the Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics. In 2022, she was selected for the Shanghai High-Level Talent (Leading Talent) Program.

Prof. Hasan Koten graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department with honor of degree in 2007. At the same time, he received a BSC degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department as a double major. Hasan KOTEN worked in the first full geometry engine design project for The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). During his Ph.D., he worked as a visiting scholar at the Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research (CAR). Hasan KÖTEN also worked as a consultant for TUBITAK Domestic Electric Vehicle Design project in 2017. He attended to CEDP group at Brunel University as a post-doctorate researcher in 2018. He leaded number of projects, MSC and PhD thesis in this combustion field. He attended and presented more than 150 conference proceedings and published about 100 articles indexed in SCI and SCI-e. He is awarded by TUBITAK 2238 programme with first degree over all national PhD thesis applications. Also, he worked in CCRC, KAUST, Saudi Arabia and in University Applied Science in Germany as visiting professor. He has many patents in the field of energy systems. Dr. Hasan KÖTEN is still working at the mechanical engineering department of Istanbul Medeniyet University. Currently, He is working at Turkey's largest TÜBİTAK budgeted 2400HP 16 and 8-cylinder engine production project.

Prof. Yanyan Fu received her B. S. degree in chemistry from Shandong University in 2002, and Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy Sciences in 2007. She is currently a full professor in Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences（SIMIT）. She has authored or coauthored more than 85 technical journal papers and conference presentations in the field of sensing. She won the second Prize of Science and Technology of Ministry of Public Security in 2019 (3/6).She received the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars in 2020.She is serving as Chief Scientist of National Key Research and Development Program (2022), the Editorial Committee Member of Chinese Chemical letters, the Young Editorial Board Member of Nano micro letters and Smartmat, Executive Members of Technical Program Committee of the 19th International Meeting on Chemical Sensors.

Prof. Huan Liu is a professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China. She obtained her master's and doctorate degrees from HUST in 2004 and 2008, respectively. She conducted postdoctoral research in colloidal quantum dot optoelectronic devices at the University of Toronto, Canada from 2009 to 2011.Her research primarily focuses on intelligent gas sensors. Huan Liu has authored 133SCI papers with over 7,600 SCI citations. In 2023 and 2024, she has been honored among top 2% of scientists in the world by a Stanford University study that looks at the impact of scientists worldwide. In the past five years, she has made 22 invited presentations at academic conferences including the International Meeting on Chemical Sensors and the World Sensors summit. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the Young Scientist Award at Asian Conference on Chemical Sensor (ACCS 2017). Her achievements have been acknowledged with the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Chinese Society of Electronics, the first prize of Technological Invention of Hubei Province, and the first prize of Natural Science of Hubei Province.

Dr. Sheng Du is a Professor at the School of Automation, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China. He holds a B.S. in Measurement & Control Technology and Instrument and a Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering from the same university, with part of his doctoral research conducted at the University of Alberta, Canada. His research focuses on process control, intelligent control, optimization, and artificial intelligence. Dr. Du is a Senior Member of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), received the CAA's Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Nomination Award, and serves as an Associate Editor for Measurement and Control.

Prof. Orchidea Maria Lecian graduated in Theoretical Physics at Sapienza University of Rome and ICRA- International Center for Relativistic Astrophysics in 2005 and completed her International Relativistic Astrophysics Phd at Sapienza University and ICRA. She was post-doctoral Fellow at IHES (Bures-sur-Yvette, France), AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and Sapienza University of Rome. She has been researcher for SAIA- NS'P (The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic- National S'tipendium Program) as Research grantee and appointed Erasmus Lecturerat Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Department of Theoretical Physics and Physics Education- KTFDF.

Dr. Jiaxin Cai received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Computation Science from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2014. He also received his M.S. degree and B.Sc. degree in Bio-medical Engineering from Southern Medical University in 2011 and 2008 respectively. Currently, he is an associate professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xiamen University of Technology. He has authored over 38 peer-reviewed papers at academic journals and conferences. His current research interests include machine learning, computer vision and bio-medical engineering.

Dr. Gheorghe Grigoraș is a Full Professor at the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi in Romania, where he heads the Research Laboratory on Energy Systems Availability at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. An expert in artificial intelligence applications in power systems, he has authored 17 books, 15 book chapters, and over 300 articles on topics such as load modelling, power quality, and renewable energy integration within smart grids. Prof. Pastor R. Arguelles is a distinguished academic and international multi-award-winning scientist, professor, and researcher in computer studies. He currently serves as the Director of the Research and Publication Office at the University of Batangas, Lipa Campus, Philippines. With a career spanning 28 years in academia, including 12 years as Dean of the College of Computer Studies, he is a renowned expert in his field. He has been at National Physical Laboratory (NPL), New Delhi, as a Director-grade-Scientist/ Head of Instrumentation, Sensors & Biomedical Measurements and Standards, as well as a Distinguished Professor (AICTE/INAE) jointly with Thapar University. Also, he is the Adjunct Professor of NSUT, New Delhi. He has over 400 papers, 300 talks, 280 conf papers, 4 books, 14 patents and 30 consultancies to his credit. Under his guidance, 50 PhD scholars have earned PhD degree while others are working with him. He is the Advisor to the PDM University.

Dr. Pablo Gimenez-Gomez, researcher at Stockholm University. He has long experience in the development of lab-on-a-chip systems combining optical and electrochemical sensors with microfluidic architectures applied to the detection of analytes of interest in the food/beverage industry, environmental control or clinical diagnostics. He has participated in 10 national projects (two as PI), 2 international projects (as PI) and 7 R&D Innovation Contracts (one as PI). He is scientific advisor of The Smart Lollipop, a technological start-up working in the development of point-of-care clinical devices. He has published 32 peer-reviewed papers, he is co-author of 1 patent and he has also presented more than 35 works at scientific conferences in those fields.
